We are looking for a passionate and commercially driven Area Manager to oversee multiple stores and drive operational excellence across Jakarta.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple stores
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of business targets
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and store profitability
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams
• Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards execution
• Analyze sales trends and implement action plans to improve performance
• Maintain strong operational compliance and inventory management
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including HR, VM, and Operations
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 – 5 years experience as Area Manager/Multi-Store Manager in retail industry
• Strong background in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or F&B retail is preferred
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly driven, hands-on, and commercially minded
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willing to travel across store locations within Jakarta
