Role Purpose
Drive commercial performance across your Area of stores (NSW, QLD & NZ) by leading, developing, and supporting Store Managers to deliver the Michael Kors brand vision. You will optimise store operations, product execution, and team capability to maximise sales and profitability, while ensuring consistent brand standards across lifestyle, outlet, and concession locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse area performance, identify opportunities, and drive sales and KPI achievement.
- Partner with Store Managers and Senior Commercial Manager to optimise conversion, stock productivity, wage-to-sales, and category performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to build high-performing, customer-focused teams.
- Ensure strong operational standards, inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and compliance.
- Champion clienteling and support in-store events to strengthen customer engagement.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, support teams, and ensure brand consistency.
- Manage regional budgets, labour planning, and operational costs.
- Uphold Work Health & Safety standards and company policies.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Fashion preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ multi-site retail management experience, experience in outlet environment is strongly preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of specialty retail operations.
- Proven leadership capability with experience developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client engagement skills.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and confident in fast-paced environments.
- Strong computer literacy, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to travel; driver’s licence preferred.
