Mode Search is partnered with a global fashion brand, their search for a Retail Area Manager, based near Frankfurt, Germany.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in the fashion retail industry as an area manager/ retail manager / general manager looking for the next step in their career.
Fluency in English and German is required.
The Role
Drive short- and long-term strategies to meet and exceed business objectives; partner with cross-functional teams and lead processes to successfully execute the plan.
Budget and forecasting across all channels.
New business development and effective inventory management.
Develop a strategic fiscal sales plan for each retail partner, to tailor a marketing plan that supports the brand’s aggressive growth objectives.
Develop an events strategy to help grow brand awareness and drive retail sales.
Developing a strong understanding of markets, customer needs and competition.
Highly analytical, insight-driven decision-making.
Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Requirement
Fluency in English and German
Rights to work in Germany
Ability to demonstrate experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans
Responsible for creating and maintaining the highest standards consistent with the company goals, brand image, and product sell-through across all stores.
Strong knowledge and understanding of retail KPIs
