Adecco is partnering with a multinational fashion company known for its luxury brands. Specializes in high-quality accessories and apparel, catering to diverse consumers globally. The Job:

Supporting distribution partners in pre-opening labor planning and scheduling.

Ensuring alignment with global operational guidelines and standards and assisting with packaging and supply orders for new store openings.

Participating in setting up new stores, especially in high-profile locations, and maintaining accurate HR information within regions.

Ensuring compliance with brand operational guidelines across all regions and stores.

Implementing performance management procedures, including reviews, goal setting, and disciplinary actions.

Ensure optimal merchandise display for sales and brand reflection stay updated on product ranges and educate staff on competitors.

Provide constructive feedback for product enhancement.

Collaborate with managers to achieve sales goals, analyze KPIs, and offer performance feedback.

Offer market insights and competitor analysis, and provide feedback on products, marketing, and ensure high-quality customer service.

Conduct comprehensive in-store training and assess and align staff skills with training priorities.

Mentor managers to foster team cohesion, and delegate responsibilities to empower managers.

Ensure consistent management and service standards, implement training programs, and hold regular meetings.

Maintain consistent brand representation, and influence assortment, and pricing strategies.

Share best practices regionally and develop systematic reporting for trends.

The Job:

Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 10 years experience in retail, including 4 years as a multi-store manager; previous exposure to outlet business preferred.

Ability to collaborate and motivate multiple levels within the organization.

Effective communication skills to convey market-related issues to the management team.

Proactive problem-solving abilities.

Capacity to diverse perspectives and reach logical conclusions.
