Job Summary:

The Area Sales Manager for the South UK will be responsible for promoting and selling Luna Micro cares skincare products within the southern region of the UK. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achievingsales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, excellentcommunication skills, and aproven track recordin sales.

Key Responsibilities:

– Promote and sell Luna Microcare products to existing and potential clients within the South UK region.

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinic partners, dermatologists, aestheticians, and other relevant stakeholders.

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Luna Microcare’s market presence.

– Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to clients on the benefits and usage of our products.

– Visit clinics, dermatology offices, and aesthetic centres regularly to strengthen relationships and ensurecustomer satisfaction.

– Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to represent Luna Microcare and generate leads.

– Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterlysales targets.

– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations to the marketing and product development teams.

– Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Director.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Sales Representative for at least 3 years in the skincare/beauty industry, with significant experience visiting clinics and similar settings.

– Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.

– Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

– Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks.

– Willingness to travel within the South UK region as required.

Education:

– Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant sales experience within the beauty industry.
