Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Area Sales Manager Cosmetics role located in Greensboro, NC at Dillard’s Inc. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for taking great care of thier staff, overseeing the sales and performance of the cosmetics department, managing a team of sales associates, setting sales goals, implementing strategies to drive sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Sales Management, Retail Sales, and Customer Service skills
Experience in cosmetics sales and knowledge of beauty products
Leadership and Team Management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Data analysis and reporting abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
