Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and brand-conscious Area Sales Manager to oversee and elevate our retail operations across store locations in Madinah region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maintaining pristine brand presentation, and mentoring store managers to deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience.

The ideal candidate blends strong financial acumen with deep retail expertise, understanding that jewelry sales require building long-term relationship trust alongside meeting strict operational and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Financial Performance: Define, monitor, and achieve regional sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and profitability metrics across all assigned boutique locations.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Recruit, train, motivate, and retain top-tier retail talent and store managers. Cultivate a culture of high performance, deep product knowledge, and elite hospitality.
  • Brand & Visual Merchandising: Ensure all storefronts strictly adhere to visual merchandising guidelines, maintaining a pristine, high-end aesthetic that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Inventory & Security Management: Oversee inventory health, stock rotation, and shrinkage prevention. Ensure all stores strictly enforce strict high-value inventory control and security protocols.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Empower teams to build local clienteling strategies, nurture VIP relationships, and execute localized trunk shows or exclusive brand events.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitor strategies, pricing trends, and consumer shifting habits to identify new growth opportunities within the territory.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in retail multi-unit management, specifically within retail, fine jewelry, timepieces, or premium fashion.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding regional sales quotas and scaling business growth.
  • Operational Control: Strong understanding of retail operations, P&L management, and specialized security protocols for high-value goods.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire retail teams and report effectively to corporate executives.
  • Travel: Ability to travel frequently (up to 50-60%) across the assigned territory to conduct store visits and audits.
