Sales drive and customer focus.

Work with selling reports and KPIs to create sales, do business and optimizing our customer experience.

Focus on the commercial effects of decisions.

Take responsibility, make decisions and take actions to achieve set goals.

Communicate knowledge, ideas/insights/conclusions directly and clearly in an informative way.

Overview, plan, organize and prioritize your teams work to achieve set goals.

Works with HR team to recruit and develop the next visual merchandiser talents.

Qualifications

Previous support office/ area team experience (preferred) or minimum of 3 years experience working in a Flagship store leading large teams

Able to travel up to 60%
