Based in our COUNTRY Head Office, the ideal candidate will be responsible to implement/follow up all Visual Merchandising in all our stores in COUNTRY, VM staff training and development. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
Responsibilities
- Train and develop Store Visual Merchandisers as per LC Waikiki standards
- Provide fast and profitable visual solutions within COUNTRY stores
- Assist and/or provide feedback to stores regarding visual merchandising
- Execute excellent customer service
- Visiting stores periodically to maintain visual standards in Macedonia operation
- Participate in floor set executions
- Assist in hiring store merchandisers that meet current business needs
Qualifications
- BA in marketing, Fashion Merchandising (preferred) or any other related university diploma
- 3+ years’ experience in Visual Merchandising/Store Manager role
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
- Proven ability to train and develop Store Visual Merchandisers and possessing problem solving skills
- Proven ability to independently and pro-actively manage multiple tasks/priorities and personalities
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Customer centric with a positive attitude
