Job DescriptionAs our Art Buyer you will source and cast models, photographers, stylists, illustrators and other creative players to produce a diverse and on brand casting and wide variety of creative content on different levels and needs, making sure all content is in line with brand platform, visual identity and set goals.

Key responsibilities:

Collaborate and work closely with our photo studio manager and creative team to source models, creative talents, according to need, that are appropriate for the execution of photo shoots and creative concepts to achieve company goals and strategies

Coordinate pre-production planning, handle model / talent castings, bookings and prepare photo shoots

Effectively handle initial contracts, negotiate rates and rights, generate internal estimates, purchase orders and administrate all related paperwork

Monitor budget utilization to ensure profitability

Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

We believe that you are driven, flexible and enjoy working in teams, as well as independently. You are a strong communicator and solution-oriented. You are up to date on what’s going on in the world, in fashion and what’s new within the digital media landscape. You have a curious mindset and are keen to learn new crafts and take initiatives. We believe that you feel a connection to the Monki brand and would be committed to create the best experience for its community.

What you need to succeed:

Minimum 2 years of experience of talent/ model castings from inhouse creative team or model agency

Fashion intelligence

Structured and efficient

Full proficiency in English

Strong interest in fashion, fashion Creatives, retail and digital marketing

full-time permanent

position

based at our Head Office in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.
