Job Purpose
Secure client confidence through efficient delivery of superior and showcase-worthy, integrated creative and media-agnostic solutions aligned to agreed strategies; Foster and maintain excellence across assigned traditional and digital creative projects/initiatives; and ensure optimal and harmonious resource utilization and cross-functional relationships within the assigned creative team.
Responsibilities
Develops concepts and collaborates with the team as needed.
Presents concepts to other departments.
Builds relationships with appropriate agency leads.
Works collaboratively and harmoniously as a teammate both within and outside the creative department.
Art direction of assets including image selection and direction on set, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Meets with stakeholders to review work in progress and selects desired concepts.
Works with Copywriters and Designers on projects from the initial briefing through completion, and collaborate with other departments along the way. You’ll interface with account teams and producers and make presentations to clients.
Shows an ability to not only lead a project but work as part of a team in large or small groups in a collaborate fashion.
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience (advertising and media agency industry experience is a plus).
Strong strategic thinker with the ability to ideate and deliver large and small ideas that fit within a client’s strategy and brand.
Strong ability to provide clear creative direction and provide timely, helpful feedback to keep work on track to meet deadlines.
Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities, both internal and client-facing.
