Mode Search is proud to be partnered with a rapidly growing luxury fashion brand to appoint a visionary Art Director. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the creative direction of a brand with a strong global presence and ambitious growth plans.
Role location: London / Paris
Working closely with senior leadership, the Art Director will drive brand storytelling across all visual platforms, ensuring a cohesive, elevated identity that resonates with a luxury audience.
Responsibilities
Define and lead the brand’s visual identity across campaigns, lookbooks, digital, retail, and social platforms.
Conceptualise and direct photo and video shoots, from pre-production to post.
Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and design teams to deliver integrated creative content.
Maintain high visual standards and consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Oversee graphic design output and manage external creative resources as needed.
Guide and inspire a small creative team, ensuring timely delivery and innovation.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Art Director within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle space.
Strong portfolio showcasing elevated visual storytelling across multiple formats.
Deep understanding of branding, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Experienced in directing shoots and managing creative production workflows.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design/editing tools.
A natural leader with strong communication and team collaboration skills.
