Ginkgo is specialised in designing apparels, accessories, and lifestyle objects, blending contemporary aesthetics with Vietnamese premium craftsmanship.
The company operates since 2007 and own its workshop production facility, and 12 stores located throughout Vietnam.
The creative team work revolves around four key areas: product design, brand activation, visual merchandising, and content creation.
We are seeking a talented and visionary Art Director to oversee our creative team and ensure consistency, innovation, and excellence across all creative outputs. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Art Director will play a critical role in shaping our brand’s identity and driving its creative vision.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with the brand’s identity, vision, and values.
Project Oversight:
- Oversee the design and development of products (garments, accessories and objects) from concept to production.
- Guide the planning and execution of visual content creation and campaigns for digital and in-store platforms.
- Review and approve visual merchandising guidelines, window displays, and store interior designs for new openings.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Creative Director and the CEO to plan and execute projects effectively.
- Partner with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to ensure creative alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with suppliers for the sailing and productions of our new and current garment and accessories.
Quality Control:
- Maintain high standards of quality and innovation across all creative outputs.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and refine creative concepts as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Living in Vietnam or other south east asia / china for 5 years+
