I am recruiting for an Assistant Account Manager for a successful menswear business in Manchester City, this role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team managing a mix of branded and customer accounts.
This role is perfect for an Assistant Import Merchandiser, Assistant Merchandiser, or Product Administrator, ready to embrace new challenges and expand their skill set. Working closely with a Senior Account Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting customer accounts and driving in-house brand development.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Attending customer meetings, working alongside designers and technologists to develop commercially relevant products.
- Monitoring critical paths, sample development trackers, and price enquiries, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met.
- Responsible for raising purchase orders with factories, assisting in product review meetings, and creating seasonal Excel trackers and reports.
- Produce sales and performance reports from Shopify, support sales performance reviews, and ensure all customer information and product data is accurate and up to date.
- This role demands a confident user of Microsoft Excel, someone with strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to learn and develop are essential.
- Experience in a Fashion Retail / Brand Head Office or Supplier is essential.
