We’re Hiring: Assistant Boutique Manager – Luxury Retail (Singapore)
Are you a passionate leader with a strong background in premium retail or hospitality? We’re looking for an Assistant Boutique Manager to join a globally recognized lifestyle brand known for excellence, innovation, and an exceptional in-store experience.
In this role, you will support the Boutique Manager in overseeing daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the brand’s high standards. You’ll also step up as the acting leader when needed — playing a key role in creating a seamless, luxurious customer journey.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Ensure boutique operations run smoothly, from visual merchandising to inventory control
Lead and support a team of Sales Associates, ensuring optimal task delegation and productivity
Deliver exceptional customer service and guide clients through tailored product experiences
Manage cash handling and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to grow in both skills and confidence
Uphold safety, compliance, and brand standards at all times
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 6 years of retail/customer-facing experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role
✅ Background in retail, lifestyle, or hospitality preferred
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills
✅ Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and drive improvements
✅ Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
