We’re looking for a passionate Assistant Buyer to join our team and help curate the latest trends while bringing our accessories collections to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyse market trends to identify new product and category opportunities
- Support the Buyer in developing and executing buying strategies to drive sales and profitability
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
- Assist with sample management, cost negotiations, and range building
- Partner closely with the merchandising team to ensure effective product flow and stock management
- Monitor sell-through rates and provide insights to guide future buys
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a buying or merchandising role (fashion or accessories experience highly regarded)
- Strong commercial awareness and an eye for trends
- Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting data and insights
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach and eagerness to learn
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or fashion (preferred)
