Wolff-ST, LLC is a privately held Women’s Fashion Footwear company located in Fenton, Missouri. We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Assistant Buyer to join our team. You will support the Buyer in purchasing and delivering products to stores that meet our customer demands. This role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to grow their career in retail procurement and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing / Data entry: Create, submit, and track purchase orders accurately within our ERP systems.
- Data Analysis: Track sales performance, monitor inventory levels, and generate weekly performance reports. Suggest opportunities for increased sales.
- Inventory Management: Analyze sales by store, initiate transfers and run replenishment system.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in corporate retail buying or inventory management.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret numbers into actionable insights.
- Soft skills: Excellent organization, verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. Technically proficient and can adapt to new enterprise software quickly.
