As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a passionate Buying & Design Assistant to join our team and contribute to our creative and purchasing process.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves fashion, keeps up with the latest trends, and wants hands-on experience in both fashion buying and design within an e-commerce environment. You’ll play a key role in researching trends, selecting products, and assisting with design tasks to help shape our upcoming collections.
Key Responsibilities
* Trend Research & Market Analysis – Stay ahead of industry trends by researching emerging styles, fabrics, and consumer preferences.
* Product Selection Support – Assist in identifying must-have styles by reviewing vendor options, sales performance, and customer feedback.
* Sales & Inventory Analysis – Help analyze sales data to determine bestsellers and opportunities for future collections.
* Design Assistance – Contribute to the creative process by working on mood boards, sketches, and product development concepts.
* Technical Support – Assist in creating technical flats and spec sheets to communicate design ideas for production.
*Product Listings & Organization – Help maintain and organize product information for online platforms.
Who You Are
* Passionate about fashion, trends, and e-commerce.
* Knowledgeable about garment construction, fabrics, and materials.
* Familiar with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools (a plus!).
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Eager to gain experience in both buying and design in a fast-paced setting.
