We have best-rated products on marketplaces like Amazon, and Flipkart and work with our 10+ offline dealers in PAN India.

We at Autofy are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team as an Assistant Category Associate. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with maximum industry exposure.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing new product selections and launches.

Research and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.

Manage the product’s online presence on social media by coordinating with the marketing and creatives team.

Help monitor inventory levels and forecast demand.

Track sales performance and assist in implementing pricing strategies and promotion.

Assist in planning, executing, and tracking ad campaigns and promotional activities across social media platforms.

Maintain product listings and coordinate cross-functional activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree/MBA will be preferred.

E- commerce experience is required.

This is a high-impact role and needs a candidate with a self-starter mindset, creative problem solving and proven data analysis skills.

Prior experience in D2C consumer brand preferred.

Strong analytical (Advanced MS Excel) and Maths Ninja. 

Proven marketing knowledge and sales growth strategies.

Strong negotiator with proven experience in setting negotiation strategies and conducting negotiations.

Proven expertise in management, aligning with cross-functioning teams and bringing them to a consensus.
