My client is an international luxury fashion brand and they are looking for a CRM Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct CRM data analysis, present findings and observation
- Provide insights and translate into qualitative insight
- Perform and distribute periodical consumer management reports and dashboards, monitoring KPI
- Responsible for database maintenance and validate data accuracy
- Provide consumers trends and analysis and propose target audience for marketing purpose
- Plan and implement Clienteling & Client development strategy & initiatives
- Develop CRM engagement program and planning of VIP events
- Organize seasonal gifting
- Support in-store events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- At least 8 years of CRM experience in Retail / Beauty / Luxury Fashion / W&J industry
- Sensitive to numbers with strong analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
