Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair care and styling techniques, with the ability to create stunning looks that enhance each client’s unique features. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while utilizing your creativity and technical skills to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.
Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling.
Educate clients on hair care products and recommend retail sales to enhance their styling at home.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
Stay updated on current trends in hair styling, color theory, and techniques such as hair extensions.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
Assist in store management tasks as needed, contributing to a positive team environment.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with various hair care products and tools is essential.
Knowledge of color theory and application techniques is highly desirable.
