Job Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the team through daily guidance and mentorship to deliver a world-class Ambassadorship Program and Community Events & Experiences globally
Adopts a data-driven approach towards community efforts across strategy, budget, activations, and performance analysis to ensure prompt and effective optimisation and collaboration across functions.
Develop strategic partnerships with both external and internal parties (i.e. KOLs, KOCs and other members of the community) via community program to drive effective ROI through engagement, awareness, UGC and base growth
Work closely with Marketing Teams or other relevant teams to deliver best-in-class activations and campaigns to increase our profile and credibility among creators of all stages
Develop day-to-day operations, reporting and guidance across HQ and the regions into best-in-class standards and excellence to aid the expansion and rollout of community ambassadorship program globally
Support in the development of stronger collaboration across all entities in digital aspects- cross-functionally and internally, to improve the understanding of the overall guidelines and approach for our community program
Stay abreast with industry trends and happenings and social trends, to innovate, adapt and evolve accordingly.
Collaborate with Marketing and PR Teams to create exciting and engaging community events and experiences
Requirements:
4-5 years of relevant work experience with an omnichannel or direct-to-consumer fashion or e-commerce brand, with a focus on Influencer Marketing, Community & Event Management or Social Media
Possesses a relevant degree from top university in business, marketing, or other relevant fields
Has a good grasp of social media platforms especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Solid hands-on experience in Influencer and Creator strategy planning and operations – you have a good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing tactics accordingly
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite – Slides, Sheets, Docs
Familiar and fluent with digital marketing analytics – Google Analytics, Meltwater or similar tools to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan, comfortable with reading data and turning insights into operational, effective, and impactful execution
Strong, Proactive, and effective communicator and a reliable team player
Experience in high growth, fast-paced and dynamic environment preferred
