We are seeking a high-octane, commercially-minded Future Leader t Assistant Country Manager to lead our Health & Beauty portfolio. This is a dual-focus role: you will be the primary driver for our E-commerce P&L while overseeing local operations, supply chain, and market expansion.

Work closely with the team from the HQ in Malaysia in driving, scaling and executing the overall business development strategies and plans for the Local region.
This role involves identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, ecommerce strategy, building and maintaining key relationships and driving the overall business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets for the MKA Joycare Group.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Development

• Responsible for designing and implementing business development strategies for our health & beauty products via different marketing channels; key accounts, distributors and e-commerce platforms, ensuring that our brands and products reach the target market effectively.

1. Digital Commerce & Sales Growth (The Priority)

P&L Ownership: Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all E-commerce platforms (Marketplaces, Social Commerce, and D2C).

Performance Marketing: Collaborate with agencies/internal teams to optimize ROAS, CPA, and retention metrics.

Live Commerce: Strategy development for TikTok/Shopee Live sessions, including KOC/KOL management and script optimization.

2. Portfolio & Brand Management

Product Lifecycle: Manage the Health & Beauty roadmap from registration and localized packaging to launch and sunsetting.

Inventory Agility: Work with supply chain teams to ensure lean but sufficient stock levels, minimizing out-of-stock (OOS) incidents during peak periods.

Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of local beauty trends to pivot the local strategy.

3. Business Development & Offline Sales

Build and maintain relationships with all key partners, fostering long term partnerships and business relationships.
Develop and implement sales strategies for various distribution channels.Analyse market trends, identify growth opportunities.
Create plans to maximise product or service sales through the channels.
Analyse channel performance and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Assign sales by geographical territories and establishing sales targets and support team
Accountable for negotiation and trading terms negotiation with all key accounts, including trade allowances and other contractual conditions Monitor the accounts receivable by (days) closely and oversee the trend of collection.

Remark:

Willing to undergo 3-6 months out of country training.
