Job description:
Serefina is a leading women’s fashion jewelry company that specializes in designing collections for mass distribution to customers like Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, TJ Maxx and many more.
We are a strong team of hard working women based in San Mateo CA. A rare opportunity to work in the fashion industry in the Bay Area. We are looking for someone who has some experience in a jewelry related business who is interested in creating jeweryl products for specific customer.
You will be in charge of sending production prototypes to factory in an accurate and timely manner. Digital specs, color matching, charting will be used.
Also you will be coloring out existing designs and design by CAD and assembly along team. Must be able to listen to directions and needs.
All design is overseen by the Head Designer. We have a team of samplemakers and designers that will help produce prototype samples. If you love fashion and are passionate about fashion trends, you will be successful.
You must be extremely detail oriented and organized as the pace is so fast and there are many moving parts. There is a daily communications with our factory in China as they supply us with sample materials and eventually produce orders based on your designs
Previous experience in jewelry/accessories/fashion is a must. Big plus if you have 3D design capabilities, and/or abilty to use AI tools for design.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
