Title: Assistant, Editorial & Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

Editorial Support:

Write 4-8 recommendation blurbs weekly

Occasionally draft newsletter introductions (approximately 600 words)

Assist in gathering fashion/market selects weekly for shopping stories

Update Gloria’s cultural calendar with upcoming, relevant TV shows, films, podcasts, music releases, and more

Assist with art selection for features and social media content

Newsletter & Advertising:

Generate and populate two newsletter templates weekly

Draft copy for integrated advertisements and create art assets using brand templates

Business Development & Partnerships:

Support business development initiatives for subscription and merchandise programs

Create and send advertiser reports promptly following campaigns

Assist in the execution of brand and editorial partnerships, including asset creation and campaign management

Experience & Skills:

Familiarity with tools like Canva and Later

Some editorial experience, with published clips to demonstrate your work

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Eye for design and branding consistency
