Location: New York City (On-site, Full-Time- 1 Day/week Remote)

ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a full-time Assistant Fashion Designer to join our NYC office. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to grow their career alongside an experienced team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Design Team in researching fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes
- Assist with CADs, flat sketches, and tech packs using Illustrator
- Organize and prepare materials for client presentations and internal design meetings
- Help with seasonal mood boards and concept development
- Coordinate with the production and sourcing teams to track fabric samples and trims
- Attend fit sessions and take notes as needed
- Assist in reviewing lab dips and maintaining fabric libraries
- Maintain and update line sheets and design documentation
- Provide administrative support including file management and general studio organization
- Perform other design-related tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
- 5+ years of fashion industry experience (internships included)
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong sense of fashion trends, color, and fabrication
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to work well in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment
- Passionate about activewear and athleisure markets
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Starting pay: $60k+/year, based on experience
