RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform retail market research for ideas and inspiration; stay up to date on new trends.
Assist in tracking and organizing approved lab-dips, strike offs, samples, etc.
Create CADs in patterns/prints for apparel line.
Develop flat sketches for design development packages.
Communicate daily with overseas vendors to keep projects running smoothly and on time.
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Fashion Designer.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Clear and proactive communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally at many different levels.
Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
