Job Description:
As a Manager at Knockouts, you will:
– Lead and motivate a team of talented stylists to deliver exceptional haircuts and grooming services
– Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and an outstanding client experience
– Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and sales
– Foster a positive and energetic work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement
– Drive salon performance by meeting and exceeding sales targets and business goals
– Oversee training and development programs to enhance the skills and career growth of your team
– Implement and uphold Knockouts’ standards, policies, and procedures
– Promote Knockouts’ signature experience and hero products
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a salon manager or similar leadership role
– Valid cosmetology license preferred
– Strong leadership and team-building skills
– Excellent communication and customer service abilities
– Passion for men’s grooming and the beauty industry
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
– Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a commitment to excellence
