Position SummaryThe Assistant, Social Media Community Management position within the CALVIN KLEIN CMO Group will play a key role in the execution of the brand’s social media community engagement, listening and reporting initiatives on global Owned channels, as well as off-channel mentions, with an emphasis on Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads and Gen Z platforms.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The JobSocial Listening and Comment Moderation

Monitor social media for positive fan comments, influencer, PR, and viral posts to engage with, as well as potential crises via social media listening tool Sprinklr and natively on platform

Pitch, implement, and own Social Listening strategies for brand and product campaigns, crises, and talent vetting, as well as one-off requests from cross-functional teams and leadership using our social media listening tool Sprinklr, as well as natively and other tools. Create and update keyword lists, topics, and themes, update and maintain Listening dashboards

Reporting

Own all Community Management reporting tasks, and work with Manager to create and maintain new monthly reports for chatbot and comment moderation partners

Work with Manager to pitch and implement Community Management related campaign activation strategies

Team Operations and Infrastructure

Liaise directly with multiple cross-functional teams for brand positioning, including but not limited to Corporate Communications and Legal teams, Product Marketing, Talent, Influence/PR; document and update response playbook with process and messaging

Take and distribute recap notes, action items, and create/manage agendas from calls with cross-functional teams and vendors, as well as assist in scheduling meetings

Delegate and oversee Assistant tasks including but not limited to comment approvals and publishing, customer service processes, crises escalations, etc.

Update and maintain Community Management process documents

Must be available to work some holidays, nights and weekends, when applicable and planned ahead of time, due to special events and activations

Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

2 years of relevant social marketing/community management experience, in house or at an agency. Fashion, beauty and lifestyle experience preferred.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree Required

Skills

Experience in social media community management, and/or digital community building.

Strong communications skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment with team members at all levels.

Resourceful and proactive, with strong organizational/project management skills, internet research skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Strong writing and editing skills.

Analytical, with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic recommendation.

Passionate about fashion, art, pop culture and global events.

Ability to quickly absorb the spirit of the Calvin Klein brand.

Versed in Keynote, Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Google Drive suite.

Experience with social media publishing, analytic and listening tools. Experience with Sprinklr, Brandbastion, Quiq, and other chatbot/comment moderation platforms a plus.
