O’HAIR is seeking a passionate, professional, and career-driven individual to join our team!

As a member of the team, you will receive advanced training to hone the skills necessary to excel and develop a career as a Stylist with O’HAIR. We offer two different training programs; a “fast-track” for those with extended training and another that allows each individual to move at their own pace to accomplish their goals.
As a Team Member your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Greeting and escorting clients
Front Desk operations
Maintain the salon environment
Perform all hair services to our standard of excellence
Understand/manage the schedule to assist with overall salon function
Provide & maintain the ultimate client experience
Factors that will help you succeed:
Cosmetology license (or currently enrolled)
Ability and desire to work with a team
Excellent communication skills
Be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
Attend weekly in-house education sessions
High standard for personal hair, makeup, and dress code
Ability to take initiative
Learn and deliver 5-STAR client experience
