Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Key Holder/Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in managing staff, training new employees, and maintaining a positive shopping environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail sales, particularly within the grocery store sector.
Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the retail store.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
Suopport training and development programs for new hires and existing staff to enhance their skills.
Support manage inventory levels, including pricing strategies and product placement to maximize sales.
Assist with compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or as a Key Holder or Sales Lead is preferred.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
