THE ROLE – ASSISTANT STORE BUSINESS MANAGER, WARRINGAH MALL (Brookvale 2100 NSW)
- Support (and collaborate with) the Cluster Business Manager in day-to-day store operations, visual merchandising, stock management, store standards and team development
- Drive sales, KPIs and overall store results through providing consistently exceptional service to each and every one of our customers
- Ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers and team members
- A non-rotational Sunday-Thursday roster
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in retail leadership roles
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, analyse store performance, and implement improvement initiatives
- Strong customer-facing capabilities, with experience in building longlasting custome relations along with handling customer escalations and resolving issues promptly
- Execution of daily store operations, visual merchandising
- Experience in premium or tailored menswear is highly regarded, though not essential
YOUR SKILLSET
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention practices
