SmartStyle Salon Assistant Manage
SALARY: $35,000-$50,000
Knowledgeable and energetic person needed to assist the salon manager in leading a local salon location with brand recognition and high foot traffic.
Looking to work in a fast paced, flexible environment, where you will be able to meet and exceed commission goals for yourself as well as all stylists.
Our salon has potential customer exposure of 5000+ daily!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Salon Leader to Oversee Daily Salon Operations
Schedule to meet business demand
Retail Management
Salon Financials – Goals, Manage Expenses, Productivity, Profit/Loss
Salon sanitation and Hygiene protocols
Lead the Team – by example, Hire, Train, Mentor, Inspire
Provide Exceptional Client Experience
Ensure all clients receive SmartStyle brand Moments of Truth
Balance the walk-in and appointment schedules
Ability to handle customer requests and complaints with grace
Promote the salon to new customers as well as potential new employees
Promote salon services, products, and discounts
Achieve salon and personal productivity goals
QUALIFICATIONS
Passion for the Hair Industry
Current State Cosmetology License
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Strong Leadership skills
Strong technical skills with ability to mentor, as well as a desire to learn new techniques
Communicate effectively
Salon Management Experience preferred, but not required
Professional appearance
Ability to work flexible schedules
Time Management
Highly Organized
