Assistant Manager – Car Accessories
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Car Accessories to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accessories sales and marketing operations, with a proven track record of managing orders and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
- Manage accessories order processing and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in accessories sales
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve sales operations
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform sales and marketing decisions
- Manage sales reporting and provide regular updates to senior management
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies
Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in accessories sales and marketing operations
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
- Strong knowledge of sales force CRM and accessories order management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
