The noon ecosystem of services now marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you’ll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we’ve encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward.

Develop strategy and lead initiatives and programs to meet business objectives

Identify, develop and launch innovative new growth opportunities based on a complete understanding of customer and selling partner needs

Work cross-functionally to identify and build best practices and process improvements that help improve the productivity of sales and account management teams.

Drive adoption growth of rolled out solutions, assess open opportunities to further enhance customer experience, and remove friction points.

Establish, refine, and implement mechanisms to ensure cross-functional alignment and clear escalation mechanisms. Identify and manage stakeholder groups, and provide regular business reports to those group

Drive regular business review with stakeholder, contribute to strategy planning

What you’ll need:

Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or equivalent

4+ years of experience in Analytics

Excellent data analysis skills (investigation, modeling, mapping & gap analysis)

Knowledge of Tableau/Power BI and other business intelligence and analytical tools

Expert in SQL / Python / R / SAS

Able to develop, test, and deploy models on cloud / web

Experience in handling large datasets – Expert data modeling skills

Strong knowledge of fundamentals, including funnel analytics, customer segmentation, user activity modeling, churn analytics and A/B testing.

Strong problem-solving capabilities- able to conceptualize, organize, simplify

Ability to own projects end-to-end: building out timelines, key milestones, provide regular updates to stakeholders and delivery against agreed upon specs

Ability to adapt in the dynamic and fast-paced environment
