ASSISTANT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY
G.O.A.T. Haircuts is vintage & posh men’s salon, where OLD-WORLD BARBERING MEETS MODERN LUXURY. Barbers train in the latest trends/razor techniques & get to work in a FUN & positive team culture!
G.O.A.T. is seeking a licensed Barber / Hair Stylist with outstanding leadership skills, who is eager to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to our team’s success.
ASSISTANT MANAGER / BARBER / STYLIST COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
$22+ total compensation
[Includes: Base Pay, Tips, Product Commissions, Membership Bonuses]

NOTE: The Store Manager is responsible for coordinating the efforts of the Management Team. It is the shared responsibility of the entire Management Team to run the store & execute all of the responsibilities below.
FULL TIME POSITION: work a set schedule, at least 30 hrs per week
Setting the Example & Tone:
Managers establish the tone in the store, setting the example for acceptable behavior and fostering a positive, upbeat environment.
Serving the Client:
Prioritizing client satisfaction is paramount, as our business thrives on stellar customer service and a positive reputation.
Building a Team & Retaining Talent:
Managers monitor team camaraderie and morale, fostering a supportive environment to retain top talent.
Managers On Site:
A manager or assistant manager must be present in the store at all times, handling opening and closing shifts.
Managers are required to work some Saturdays per month.
Scheduling & Time Off:
Balancing the team’s scheduling needs while ensuring adequate coverage is maintained.
Inventory Management:
Oversight of inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent shortages.
Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness standards in designated cleaning zones.
