This person will oversee the Monobrand Website and manage relationships with key marketplace partners such as Myntra, Ajio, First Cry, and Tata Cliq. The role involves end-to-end cataloging, merchandise listing, marketing expense regulation, performance marketing oversight, and channel-wise sales tracking. This individual will ensure seamless operations, optimize channel performance, and contribute to achieving the organization’s e-commerce topline objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Reporting: Monitor and drive sales performance across e-commerce marketplaces (Myntra, First Cry, Ajio, Tata Cliq) and the Monobrand Website.

2. Cataloging & Product Management: Lead season launches across Monobrand Website, Ajio, Myntra, Tata Cliq, ensuring timely catalog updates.

3. Website & Marketplace Maintenance: Handle back-end requests, debugging coordination, and deployment for the Monobrand Website and marketplaces.

4. Marketing & Promotions: Oversee performance marketing activities, ensuring optimal ROI and adherence to marketing budgets.

5. Customer Support Coordination: Work closely with the customer care team to address escalated issues, including refunds, order-related queries, and other customer concerns.

6. Process Optimization: Proactively identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance operational workflows for both the Monobrand Website and marketplace platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in management, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in retail.

3. Familiarity with marketplaces like Myntra, Ajio, etc. is highly desirable.

4. Experience with website management tools and platforms.
