Role & Responsibilities:

Position Definition (Key Purpose of the Position):

This position is responsible for supporting Vans Korea eCommerce business across the platforms, Own.com and e-marketplace channels. This position will help to drive sales and conversion by overseeing the upkeep of brands websites and processing ecommerce digital contents including images and copy etc. across the markets.

He/she will predominantly support the eCommerce team, with some cross-functional work with Product, Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Result Areas:

Plan and execute web plan and UI/UX enhancement according to brand and channel strategy.

Initiate and run commercial promotions monthly/weekly based on product performance analysis.

Produce and manage ecommerce digital contents and cascade it to the other markets to improve consumer experience on the platforms.

Manage performance marketing by co-work with agency to drive quality traffic and sales in Own.com and 3rdparty eCommerce platform.

Actively participate on Go To Market strategies meetings and making sure all site contents are up-to-date

Drive Custom business by working with counterparts such as Merchandizing, IT as well as marketing.

Analyzing traffic and sales to report out to broader team to provide eCommerce consumer insights & support regular sales report update.

Work with ecommerce operation to develop site UI/UX and enhance all ecommerce platforms stability through not only on maintenance but also on projects.

Experience

Minimum Relevant Experience: Minimum 6 years of Ecommerce experience. Ecommerce marketing & operation experienced preferred

Minimum Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience needed

Nature of Work: Ecommerce Operation / Detail-oriented
