Location: Howrah, Shibpur.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Work from Office – 6 Days. Candidates will have to work from their Howrah, Shibpur Office.
Interview: If Shortlisted, Interview will be FACE TO FACE ONLY at their Office – Shibpur, Howrah. If You Cannot Travel for F2F Interview you can Skip the Post please.

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager/Assistant E-Commerce Manager to support marketplace operations across leading e-commerce platforms. The role involves managing product listings, catalog operations, inventory monitoring, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace performance. Actual Post will be decided based on experience, openings and Interview.
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other online channels
• Product listing, catalog creation, and catalog maintenance
• Inventory monitoring and stock management
• Pricing and promotional updates across marketplaces
• Order management and operational coordination
• Marketplace account health monitoring
• Performance reporting and MIS preparation
• Coordination with internal teams, vendors, and marketplace partners
• Support business growth initiatives and marketplace expansion projects
Candidate Profile
• Experience in marketplace operations, catalog management, or e-commerce account management
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and other platforms
• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation (Assistant Manager)
Approximate Monthly CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000
Approximate Annual CTC: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹4.8 LPA
Compensation (Manager)
Approximate Monthly CTC: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000
Approximate Annual CTC: ₹6.0 LPA – ₹7.2 LPA
Final compensation shall be based on candidate experience, skill set, and interview performance.
