Role Description
As the Assistant Manager of Merchandising at Old Navy, you will oversee inventory management, ensure in-store visual merchandising aligns with brand standards, and support the execution of seasonal assortment plans. You will collaborate with team members to optimize sales and customer experience while driving operational excellence. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami, FL, requiring a hands-on approach in a fast-paced retail environment.
