Job Role:
Experience with at least one of the following: Convenience Retail Operations, Retail Services, Consumer services.
First Escalation point to the team address People, Process & Technology Challenges on a daily basis.
Strong Offshore Support Stakeholders and CAPEX Projects related concerns.
Experience to Create, maintain, and archive all project documentation, non-standard solution recommendations, exception approvals & decision making.
Deliver project stakeholder updates at scheduled intervals & execution of projects.
Must be on the toes leader to be able to work effectively with Cross functional stakeholders & maintain stronger relationship
Expert problem solving and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to support a flexible work schedule which sometimes requires availability to other time zones, projects, and team members as needed.
Proficient in tools such as ServiceNow, Oracle
Ability to operate independently, handle changing priorities, and achieve deadlines.
People Manager with strong influencing & interpersonal skills. Proficient in People management: should have managed 5-10 resources.
