Key Deliverables:
1. Planning for material availability at production line
2. On time material feeding to production point of fit.
3. Working with material planning team for expediting parts to support production line.
4. Daily floating shortage report for production, coordination with material planning, Ensure safety of reporting work force.
5. Daily Coordination with Purchase, PPC, Fabrication, Production, Buying for smooth Production
6. Maintain 5S in individual work area, guiding team for safety targets & Initiating safety and quality improvements in stores and individual areas.
Role Description:
1. Accomplish warehouse operations by training and coaching team / employees.
2. Overseeing warehousing and material availability on production line
3. Determining production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
4. Meets warehouse operations by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and scheduling expenditures
5. Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
6. Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage
7. Assist warehouse team in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
8. Manages warehouse operations by stock control, inventory management, and motivating employee.
9. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Develops warehouse operations systems by analysing process workflow and implementing changes
11. Assist in new product development and enhancements.
12. Achieves warehouse operations by contributing recommendations and policies
13. Resolve Operational issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.
