About the Company
Launching a new streetwear brand, targeting the Klang Valley market. This role will be a key pioneer hire, responsible for building and driving the brand’s marketing strategy from the ground up.
About the Role
The Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing will start as a sole contributor, reporting directly to the Executive Director (ED), and will gradually build and lead a marketing team as the brand expands. This is a high-impact role requiring strong ownership in brand building, market expansion, and 360° marketing execution, particularly within the fashion, footwear, or beauty industry.
Responsibilities
- Build and drive the brand’s marketing strategy from the ground up.
- Report directly to the Executive Director (ED).
- Gradually build and lead a marketing team as the brand expands.
- Take ownership in brand building and market expansion.
- Execute 360° marketing strategies.
- Engage in retail activation and on-ground marketing (AEON, Parkson, etc.).
Requirements
- Experience in fashion / footwear / beauty brands highly advantage
- Strong exposure to brand building & market expansion (NOT purely e-commerce).
- Comfortable working as a one-person team (initial phase).
- Willing to report directly to ED and take ownership.
Nice to Have
- Experience launching or scaling a new brand
- Exposure to streetwear / lifestyle branding
- Experience with cross-channel campaigns (online + offline)
