Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Below-the-Line (BTL) Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for executing impactful below-the-line marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and increase sales for our retail products.

Responsibilities:

1. *Campaign Planning and Execution:*

– Develop and implement effective BTL marketing campaigns aligned with the overall marketing strategy.

– Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

2. *In-Store Promotions:*

– Plan and execute in-store promotional activities to enhance product visibility and drive customer engagement.

– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of in-store promotions, providing insights for continuous improvement.

3. *Merchandising:*

– Collaborate with merchandising teams to create compelling displays that attract and retain customer attention.

– Ensure consistent brand representation across all retail touchpoints.

4. *Event Management:*

– Organize and manage events such as product launches, store openings, and promotions to enhance brand presence.

– Coordinate logistics, secure sponsorships, and measure the success of each event.

5. *Collateral Development:*

– Work closely with the design team to create marketing collateral, POS materials, and displays that align with brand guidelines.

6. *Data Analysis:*

– Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior data to make informed recommendations for future marketing strategies.

– Prepare and present reports to the management team, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.

7. *Budget Management:*

– Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize the impact of BTL marketing activities.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

– Proven experience in BTL marketing, preferably in the retail sector.

– Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics for data-driven decision-making.

– Creativity and innovative thinking to develop unique and impactful campaigns.
