- Assist the merchandising team in handling buyer orders from development stage to shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, production, quality, and commercial teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare and maintain order-related documents, including costing sheets, T&A plans, order details, and shipment schedules.
- Follow up with sampling, fabric, trims, and accessories status to ensure timely production.
- Monitor production progress and communicate updates to the merchandising team.
- Support in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and other necessary documents.
- Maintain regular communication with suppliers and internal departments regarding order status.
- Assist in tracking shipment schedules and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Maintain proper records of styles, orders, and correspondence.
- Perform other merchandising-related tasks assigned by the management.

- Experience: 2-4 years
