Our client, a leading Luxury Womenswear brand, is currently seeking a talented and driven Merchandiser Assistant /Merchandiser to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong.
Job Responsibilities
Assist the team in developing and implementing seasonal merchandise plans and strategies.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Monitor inventory levels and sales performance to ensure optimal stock levels and identify opportunities for replenishment or markdowns.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to product quality or AVAILABILITY.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information, pricing, and inventory data in the merchandising system.
Assist in preparing and presenting reports on sales performance, product performance, and market trends.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in a merchandising role within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other merchandising software or systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
