CASETiFY is now looking for a (Assistant) Partnerships Manager who will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment and be detail-oriented. He/she will initiate and execute marketing activations via different channels based on the given objective and focuses of the Brand. Day to day duties include but are not limited to tracking campaign performance & sales, project management and communications, support on influencer gifting, report on results, suggest improvements and/or growth strategy.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop strategic brand collaborations and business partnerships that align with overarching brand goals.
Lead end-to-end launch strategy, from product development to go-to-market execution.
Drive the launch of global co-labs and IP collaborations to support brand and business growth in the Taiwan market.
Work closely with both global and local teams, as well as external partners, to ensure seamless project execution.
Own and analyze KPIs, providing regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and key learnings.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with business partners, ensuring collaboration success.
Manage and resolve any conflicts or challenges within partnerships and business deals.
Leverage strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and drive mutually beneficial agreements.
Support budget planning and sales forecasts, while assisting with market research initiatives.
Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform business development and expand the opportunity pipeline.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing discipline or equivalent
6+ years of relevant experience in marketing, partnerships, or consumer products preferred
Strategic thinking and execution: You are able to take the big picture view of market objectives and plans, but also have the experience and motivation to dig in and do the work
Passionate about technology, fashion, lifestyle brands, and being part of a growing start-up team
Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
Basic Adobe Photoshop and Ai skills are plus
Familiar with Taiwan’s event market and related industries
Fluent in English, excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation skills
