Job Summary
Crescencio Ferreira is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Production Manager to support our growing fashion brand. This role involves sourcing fabrics, taking customer measurements, handling social media and customer enquiries, and assisting with production coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in garment production, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Fabric Sourcing & Production Coordination
• Source high-quality fabrics and materials that align with Crescencio Ferreira’s brand identity.
• Build and maintain relationships with fabric suppliers, negotiating the best prices.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and monitor inventory.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery.
• Oversee quality control, ensuring all garments meet brand standards.
Measurement & Fitting Assistance
• Take accurate body measurements for customers to ensure the perfect fit.
• Assist with fittings, noting necessary alterations and communicating them to tailors.
• Maintain a record of customer measurements for future orders.
Customer & Social Media Engagement
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via social media, email, and direct messages.
• Provide expert guidance on sizing, styles, and fabric choices.
• Manage and update Crescencio Ferreira’s social media platforms, engaging with followers and handling product inquiries.
• Track customer feedback and ensure a seamless customer service experience.
Skills & Qualifications
• Prior experience in fashion production, garment manufacturing, or textile sourcing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and tailoring techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to take precise body measurements and ensure proper garment fit.
• Experience managing social media interactions and online customer support.
• Highly organized, with strong time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
