Job Description
As the assistant regional trade manage for the US and UK markets, you will be responsible for providing insight and analytics on daily, weekly and monthly sales performance to senior leadership to inform our trading actions and ensure delivery against our business targets. You will understand key drivers of performance and specifically traffic, conversion and sales. This is a high impact role where your market insights and understanding will be critical to identifying risks and opportunities in the financial plan, and ensuring we are responding to changes in customer behaviours and business priorities with high value actions.
The Details
Provide insight and analytics around US and UK sales performance
Set up, optimise and support ad-hoc analysis and share insight that will aid understanding of under/over performing KPIs
Support the Regional Trade Manager in delivering a successful execution of bespoke market digital marketing campaigns and promotions
Collaborate with US digital trading & planning teams to provide insight for opportunities on improving trading KPIs and customer experience.
Support the Regional Trade Manager/Head Of Department by providing insight that feeds into sales forecasting for markets
Provide insight and recommendations into the local market and competitors. This will include continual analysis of the proposition and trading rhythms of key competitors in market.
Keep up to date with regional innovation in ecommerce, online fashion retailing and logistics and how this could be impacting trade performance
Collaborate with UK & US digital trading & planning teams to provide insight for opportunities on improving trading KPIs and customer experience
Qualifications
About You
Strong Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint skills
Background in Retail/ E- commerce/ Marketing/ Analytical roles preferable
SQL/ PowerBi experience preferable
