Are you a motivated leader ready to take the next step in your retail career? Our highly succesful client is looking for a passionate and proactive Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive team performance, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience at their #1 store in Victoria!
🔑 What You’ll Do:
- Support the Store Manager in running all aspects of store operations
- Lead, coach and motivate team members to achieve targets and provide excellent service
- Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and stock presentation
- Assist in managing stock control, rostering, and daily reporting
- Act as a role model for the team and step up as acting Store Manager when needed
👤 About You:
- At least 2 years’ experience in retail assistant management
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organised, reliable, and confident in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for retail, problem-solving, and team development
- Availability to work across weekends and trading hours
